Prices for your dream farm holiday

Here you will find the prices and other important information for a stay at the Oberfelsonnerhof in the sunny South Tyrol

All prices are per apartment and night, based on a stay of at least 4 nights with an occupancy of 4 persons in apartments Morgensonne and Sonnenlicht and of 2 persons in apartment Abendrot.
A surcharge of €20.00 per day will be added for short stays of less than 4 days.
For each additional adult we charge €15.00 per night and €8.00 for each additional child up to 14 years. Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.
During peak season, we rent our apartments only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.

• Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels (optional change)
• Crockery and cutlery
• Final cleaning
• Heating
• Parking space
• Wi-Fi access
• Val Gardena Mobil Card
• Pick-up service from the nearest bus or train station on the day of arrival and departure

As of 2014, we are obliged to charge an additional local tax of €1.75 per person (14 years and over).
Use of the washing machine and dryer upon payment.

Booking: Your reservation is regarded as binding only after the payment of a deposit (booking guarantee) and after our written booking confirmation mail.

Cancellation policy:

• Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel your booking free of charge (deposit will be returned)
• In case of cancellation from 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival 40% of the total amount will be charged
• In case of cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, non-arrival or early departure 100% of the total amount will be charged

If an arrival is not possible due to Covid 19, a free cancellation is possible any time.

Payment: by bank transfer or in cash for amounts up to €3,000.

Check-in: from 3:00 pm
Check-out: until 10:00 am

Smoking and pets: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside our apartments. We also inform you that we do not accept pets and count on your understanding.
