The prices of the apartments Morgensonne and Sonnenlicht are for four persons, the prices of the apartment Abendrot are for two persons. For each additional adult a supplement of 18 € per night is charged, for each additional child between 4 and 14 years a supplement of 10 €. During peak season, the apartments are rented only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. In low season, a minimum stay of four nights is required.

As of 2014, we are obliged to charge an additional local tax of €2.40 per person and day (14 years and over).
Laundry, drying and ironing facilities available for a fee.
Paid charging station for electric vehicles.
Booking: Your reservation is regarded as binding only after the payment of a deposit (booking guarantee) and after our written booking confirmation mail.
Cancellation policy:
- Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel your booking free of charge (deposit will be returned)
- In case of cancellation from 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival 40% of the total amount will be charged
- In case of cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, non-arrival or early departure 100% of the total amount will be charged
If an arrival is not possible due to Covid 19, a free cancellation is possible any time.
Payment: by bank transfer or in cash for amounts up to €3,000.
Check-in: from 2:00 pm
Check-out: until 10:00 am
Smoking and pets: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside our apartments. We also inform you that we do not accept pets and count on your understanding.
